Assignment #31: Hockney

David Hockney is a famous British artist, who was a painter and photographer. As a painter, Hockney adapted to many different periods in art. He contributed to cubism, pop art, and modern art. As a photographer, Hockney created photo collages, which he called "'joiners." He felt that these images created a story and as if he could move through them.

  1. I appreciate you posting this but as I mentioned in class, the location that is needed to make this concept work should be one that is not flat, such as a long hallway with corner areas, sky, ground and all around an area. Hannah created the same image and my suggestion was to find another location and repost. If you have questions, let me know.
