Assignment #32: Mad Photography

The tutorial I chose was "How to Use Leading Lines in Your Photos." In my photograph I decided to capture vertical lines which give a feeling of order and strength. I feel that these leading lines guide the viewer through the photo and it appears as a tunnel. I didn't really no what to expect but I like how my image turned out. I think this tutorial and leading lines really do help adding depth to your photos.

  1. I read the article about color temperature and am confused by what you have created. It seems the article was discussing the use of white balance and how to use it in the camera, not simply altering the colors of what you're shooting. Why, for example, did you change the color of the locks to magenta? They seem off compared to the red and blue of the lockers. You can either rethink this assignment or discuss what you intended and how you used white balance.
